15 year old Tiffany Pilnikova competed in Romania 43k sub-junior powerlifting against 37 countries and is now officially World Junior Champion!

Remarkably Tiffany took up the sport only 9 months ago in January of this year and has since gone on to break all British records with her world title. She has now been selected to compete in the Europeans in Budapest with only 5 weeks to prepare.

 

Tiffany is supported in all of this by the team at her boxing gym, Barton AC -Shacklady’s and also  by her dedicated and extremely proud mum Lenka, herself a 3 times Powerlifting Champion and sports nutritionist.

Becoming World Champion has completely blown Tiffany away and she still cant believe her massive achievement but this is testament to her passion for fitness and her commitment to training. Prior to powerlifting Tiffany represented GB in  gymnastics so she is no stranger to disciplining herself to train.
