Business in the Community are partnering with AXA to deliver fully funded Youth Mental Health First Aid Champion training, to small community organisations, working with young people in Bristol, London, Birmingham or Manchester.
They know that you are doing great work with youth in your local community, and wanted to make sure you could benefit from this opportunity.
Through AXA’s Head Coaches programme, they aim to support youth leaders working with small community-based organisations, with approx.50 employees or under, to develop a greater knowledge of common mental health issues.
This course will be delivered over two half day sessions, online, by an AXA Health expert towards the end of June/throughout July. This is a Mental Health First Aid England (MHFAE) course, provided for free to community organisations via our partnership with AXA.
Maximum one or two participants per organisation. You will receive a certificate of attendance and course material as part of it. The course involves about 1.5hrs of pre-work that must be completed in advance to each session.
