I have been on DofE expeditions since I was only a few months old. My parents were DofE leaders, and it feels as if I have been brought up though the DofE Award Scheme. Once completing my own Bronze, Silver, and Gold Awards, I followed in their footsteps, becoming a DofE Leader and Assessor. I have seen the Duke of Edinburgh Award Scheme evolve over the years and I am very passionate about the incredible benefits and opportunities it gives to young people.
I joined GM Youth Fed in 2021 and previously have worked all over the world as an expedition leader, outdoor instructor, DofE assessor and in community development.
Outside of work I love to go on great walks, paddleboard, go for coffee with friends, or relax either with a good book or by weaving.
